Information via Milo (AI assistant). Chat messages you send to Milo may include personal details. Milo runs on Zapier (our data processor) and OpenAI. Zapier retains chat logs for roughly 29–69 days and does not sell or market your data (zapier.com). OpenAI’s API does not use your API data to train its models (openai.com), and ChatGPT Enterprise/Team data is excluded from training (openai.com). We may forward chat transcripts to our CRM (BLOOM.io) and email so a design consultant or administrator can follow up.

Our Inland Empire branch if your project is outside the Central Valley, so you receive local service.

4. Milo, Zapier and OpenAI – Additional Information
Milo uses the OpenAI Chat Completion API to generate responses. Messages are processed by Zapier and OpenAI solely to provide the chat service. According to OpenAI, data submitted via the API is not used to train its models (openai.com). Zapier is certified under the EU‑US Data Privacy Framework and complies with GDPR, UK GDPR and CCPA (zapier.com); it retains chat data for 29–69 days (zapier.com) and does not sell or market your data (zapier.com). Please avoid sharing sensitive personal information (e.g., Social Security numbers, payment‑card data) via chat.
